Eligibility: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition.

How to start a return: Email support@glowshie.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll make it right — often with no need to return it first.
